Lactation Consultations
Lactation consultations improve breastfeeding relationships and build confidence through empathetic and analytic listening, support, and sharing of evidence-based techniques and information. I am an in-network provider with Aetna and bill them directly; otherwise I will provide a coded superbill receipt you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Aetna clients only: a $50 convenience fee will apply for all in-home visits. This fee is not reimbursable by Aetna
Sliding scale fees and payment options are available for virtual and office services - please text or email to learn more.

Back to Work Consultation (Virtual)
Going back to work after a baby is a unique kind of physical and emotional challenge. During this virtual consultation, we will go over how to create a milk stash for returning to work, a pumping schedule and tips unique to your work situation, transitioning between breast and bottle, helpful tips for the baby’s caregiver, and what to expect as you and your baby adjust to this new phase of your breastfeeding relationship. This includes a written care plan and text support through the first week of your transition to tweak any unexpected issues. The best time to schedule a back to work consultation is approximately 4 weeks before your start date.
Fee: $149
Baby’s First Foods (Virtual)
